Here’s the latest fad to hit Facebook. I decided to post it here too. Ellie was too little to answer these so I’m just listing Lydia’s and Bryn’s answers. Just for the record, I interviewed them separately which makes number 12 especially funny!

This week we celebrated Mexico. We made chilaquiles and spoke as much Spanish as we could (not really all that much). Here’s the recipe:
1 Tbsp. diced onion
1 garlic clove
2 cups tomato sauce
1 chili, cored, seeded and chopped
2 cups cooked chicken breasts, shredded
corn tortillas, cut in strips
